The Bible Alphabet

I love finding resources that are as beautiful as they are useful. This last week, I found just that! It’s called The Bible Alphabet. Created by my new friend Kayla over at Baby Devotions, they come in English and Spanish.

The Bible Alphabet Cards

Each card comes with one letter of the alphabet in both upper and lowercase, a corresponding word, and a Bible verse with that word in it.

The chosen verses are short and oh so sweet. Reading through them has touched my heart. Knowing that I have the responsibility and privilege to share God’s Word with my kids can be overwhelming. But, remembering that the Holy Spirit will guide me if I am willing to follow is freeing. He can and will provide help in many ways, like these precious cards.

While you may already know many of the verses on the cards, some are not your typical kids’ memory verses. Yet, they are all perfect for little ones to learn and hide in their hearts.

I also love that the alphabet letters are big enough to allow play on the cards. My kids love practicing their fine motor skills with these jumbo tweezers and pom poms.

I just found Baby Devotions on Instagram a few weeks ago, but I can say that I love her heart. Kayla truly desires to help mamas to raise their babies to love the Lord.

It’s also so fun that she has a bilingual home. As a Spanish major and French minor, many years ago it was a hope of mine to have my kids at least familiar with other languages.

Unfortunately, as my opportunities to use other languages has diminished, so have those skills. But, maybe one day, I’ll be able to do it all, right? Haha!

Until then, I will do what I can, sometimes using beautiful resources from other talented mamas out to change the world by loving their kids for Christ and helping you do the same.
