Your kids probably love Baby Shark as much as mine do. Yes, the craze seems to be fading a bit, but my twins still get so excited anytime the song comes on and do their little Baby Shark dance. So, I decided to write a Baby Shark blessing for my girls, and I wanted to share it with your families, as well. I mean I should share the love, right?

My Baby Shark Blessing Inspiration
Originally, my plan for this post was to share some of my favorite children’s blessings and give you an awesome printable of them, which I am still doing. (Keep readin’ all the way to the bottom to get it.) But, as I came across one that I had forgotten about, a blessing to the Jaws theme song, Baby Shark popped into my head and I decided I simply must write one.
Do you have Amazon Music Unlimited to listen to the bajillion different versions of Baby Shark? If not, check out a free trial here. You can also find the other songs and themes that have inspired some of the popular children’s meal time blessings that I have included in the printable. There’s a ton of music you will want to listen to on there, too, I promise.

More Children’s Blessings for Meal Times
Ok, so I have to admit that our family mostly just sings the Johnny Appleseed blessing at almost every meal. But, when I taught and ran a preschool we would rotate through one blessing a month. This gave the kids an opportunity to learn several throughout the year.
After collecting these blessings for this post though, I am really excited to introduce some new ones for my girls into the mix at my house. I remember so many of these from my time in children’s ministry. I love how fun they are! And, that they help children practice gratitude, praying, and learning simple truths about God.
My Top 5 Favorite Children’s Meal Time Blessings
These are not in any particular order, but here they are.
First, I love this one. It is perfect for toddlers just learning their ABCs. There is a longer version that is a full song about salvation, but I prefer this shorter one to use at meals with kids.
I absolutely adore this one! Echoing songs are always fun with kiddos and this is so sweet and simple.
My oldest learned this at my preschool when she was 1 or 2 and brought it home to our meals. She’s been leading it at 95% of our dinners ever since. LOVE!!
I am not a Superman fan and I never have been, but I just love to sing this blessing. I probably don’t even sing it right, but I still go for it!
This last one is a pretty classic children’s table grace. I learned this as a kid, and I hope more kids will continue to learn and pray this for generations to come.
