Ep 43: When Should I Start Discipling My Children? | Is My Baby Too Young for God? | Faith Questions and Conversations with Infants and Littles

Episode Summary:

In this episode, I answer the question I get asked most often: “What age can I start faith conversations/discipling my kids?” Today! Whatever age your child is, start today!

I also introduce my new mini-course, Playfully Faithful Questions, designed to help you engage your kids in more meaningful conversations about God, faith, and Bible stories.

Your Turn to Play:

Ask your kids what they think God’s favorite color is. If they are too young to answer, you answer for them with different options. If they are old enough to talk about it, follow up their answer with other fun questions, building an environment and culture where talking about God is totally normal.

You can do it, mama!

Verses from the episode:

  • Deuteronomy 6:4-9
  • Matthew 21:16
  • Psalm 8:2
