play more | parent better
Parenting is hard and we aren't meant to do it alone. Life is hard and we aren't meant to do it without play.
As a mama of 5 girls, I get what it feels like to be overwhelmed, overstimulated, and overtired.
You may feel like you don't have the energy to play, and I get it, but watch out mama!

Many moms feel like they aren't the playful or fun parent. Dads are more rough-and-tumble players, but overall, moms understand the value of play.
Many moms think "I haven't been to seminary, I can't teach my kids the Bible." Oh, mama! If you can have a relationship with God, you can nurture your kids' faith too.
Do you feel like your discipline reflects the character of God? Does it reflect the best of you? Does it communicate the messages you want your children to know? I can help!
Purposeful Play for Discipline and Discipleship is the answer!
I haven't always been the mom I wanted to be, but with play, practice, and the Holy Spirit I am getting there and you can too!
From
"I'm not the fun parent."
to
"I purposefully parent with play!"
No matter where on the Play Pathway you start, you can grow in your parenting and play in this membership. You will learn skills to develop patience, grow your faith, and teach your children wisdom and responsibility with grace, truth, and play!

What Other Moms are Saying
Joy has a unique way of inspiring us to become the parent we all wish we had growing up!
I never thought I’d be capable of parenting intentionally, but Joy's ideas on play are really realistic and helpful, even if this is an area of struggle for you.
Joy is full of ideas for how to intentionally disciple our children using play. Her calm and friendly demeanor makes even the least naturally playful of us think, “Hey, I think I could do that!”

Frequently Asked Questions
What age children is this membership best for?
Whether your child is an infant or a teen, they need play, discipline, and discipleship. My sweet spot is birth through preteens due to my children's current ages, but I have many years of youth ministry experience as well.
What is the time commitment?
Coaching calls are 1 hour a week. Adding play and discipleship can take moments. Any schedule will work!
I'm a quiet introvert, can I be playful?
Me, too! You can absolutely be a playful parent if your idea of a perfect day is a cup of hot tea and a great book. I will help you find the way you were created to play.
What if I am not available for the live calls?
All the calls are recorded and posted in the portal. You will have access to these. You can also submit questions via a Google form and I will be sure to include it. Additionally, you can purchase Voxer access or a one-on-one call at a discount if you need more help.
My children attend public school, is this membership for me?
Yes, yes, yes! My girls attend public school, too. This membership can benefit you no matter your educational choices.
